Established in 1967 and
belonging to Zhanjiang Foodstuffs IMP. and EXP.
Company of Guangdong. The plant specializes in export-aquatic-
product processing. It has frozen storage capacity
700 tons and also has a CO2 I.Q.F machine, two squick
freeze machines, a set of ice-making equipment with
a daily capacity of 10 tons and a set of production
line of cooked shrimp. It also has 47 high quality
technicians and managerial personnels, more than
175 skilled workers. Our annual production capacity
has reached over 2500 tons.
The processing products
include: fish, prawn, crab, shellfish etc. The main
export products are frozen headless shrimp and frozen
peeled shrimp. The products are highly appreciated
by the clients.
The
plant is certified with Korea and HACCP approvals. |

Yuejin
Pig Farm |

 Belonging
to Zhanjiang Foodstuffs IMP. and EXP. Company of
Guangdong, Yuejin pig farm lies in Mazhang district
of Zhanjiang, which is a modernization living pig
breeding farm, and the important base of living
pig export of Guangdong province, and also is the
biggest lean-meat pig farm in the west of China.
Covering area more than 500 acres.
The
pig farm now has 31 staff, among them have 11 high
quality technicians. Since the pig farm put into
production from 1984, the pig farm has achieved
good economic and social efficiency, and its annual
production of living pig have reached 2 million
heads. Up to now, accumulating the export living
pigs have reached more than 12 million heads, the
pig farm has earned foreign exchange over 10 million
dollar. Besides supplying exports, the pig farm
also supplies living pig for this district, resolves
the meat requirement, so it is extremely popular
in this district.
Zhanjiang lean-meat pig
has good characteristics just as the thin skin,
high quality, and taste delicious, so it possesses
the high prestige at Hong Kong and Macau.
